staff. It's sole purpose is for notifying
us when and where a fault lies that we can
fix. We may or may not return your call.

Unavailability of the 0845 0800 022 dial-up
service for more than 1 hour
You not able to send email using your email
client when sending and receiving email via
the UVNET website works fine.
Please don't leave message of
the form 'Hi,
Can someone please call me, I'm
trying to
get my PC's web browser configured'.
Typical high priority faults are :-
Unavailability of the UVNET website
(and
any other websites we host),
provided that
you CAN still access other external
websites
like yahoo.com and altavista.com).
i.e. If
you can access yahoo.com and
can't access
our website, we have a problem.
If you can't
access ANY websites then the
problem lies
with your PC/ net connection.
