Are you getting busy or engaged tones when dialing our 01753 number?

Have you ever (last two months) had an engaged tone on our Slough (01753) dial-up service? If you have then we would like to hear from you. Please drop us a note.. support@uv.net.

A few users have reported that they have at some stage had a BUSY tone or ENGAGED tone on the 01753 number. This should never be the case. Please do let us know the moment that you encounter a BUSY tone or ENGAGED tone on the Slough (01753) number. It may be caused by faulty equipment at Telewest.

PHONE BUSY :- Regular tones

NETWORK BUSY:- Short tone followed by a long tone.
